BellLoom is a private planner for substitute, supply, and relief teachers, built around the day you are actually teaching: the teacher's plans, the next bell, and the handoff you leave behind.
Submitted to Apple App Review. Not yet available on the App Store. No BellLoom account required.

01
Scan paper plans or import a PDF, image, or text file. Review the extracted periods, correct times and tasks, and keep the original pages close at hand.
02
See the current period, time remaining, and next bell. Save a school's bell timings and building logistics to reuse on another assignment.
03
Mark tasks complete, modified, or skipped. Keep brief class notes and lesson changes alongside the relevant period.
04
Turn recorded progress into an editable teacher handoff. Choose which notes to include, redact the preview, then share PDF or text, copy, or print.
Documents and notes are processed on your device. BellLoom has no ads, analytics service, or cloud sync. Choose how long to retain a closed day and use optional Face ID or device-passcode protection.
Use only material permitted by your school. Review scanned text before starting, and check the school clock. BellLoom is a working planner, not an official student-record or emergency system.
Read the BellLoom privacy policyImport, follow the day, and export a complete handoff on three real assignment days per calendar month. Start with a clean workspace and your own school. An optional, temporary Maple Ridge sample lets you try the workflow first. Viewing and exporting retained days stays available.
One lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited assignment days. No subscription. The US price is $29.99. Prices vary by country; the App Store displays your local price before you confirm a purchase when the app becomes available.
BellLoom is awaiting App Review for launch in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, South Africa, India, and the Philippines. The app, support, and store listing are currently in English.
